Welcome to Celanovic Olive Mill
The heart of our family tradition – our olive mill.
Čelanović family lives in the village called Kavač and is traditionally into olive growing, they process olives and produce olive oil in their own mill. Three brothers work there, Dejan, Zoran and Bojan, a third generation of successors of the family tradition.
Olive mill tours & tasting 1hour
The duration is approximately one hour, includes olive oil tasting and the cost is €10 per person.
Olive mill tours & tasting 1.5hour
We offer a tasting experience that includes a selection of cheese, prosciutto, several varieties of olives, and wine. This extended visit lasts slightly longer and is priced at €25 per person.

Olive Mill guided tours & tasting
Our guided tours, conducted in English, are designed to be both informative and engaging. Guests will have the opportunity to learn extensively about the traditional olive oil production process, exploring both the old facilities and the modern ones, as well as understanding the differences between them. Additionally, visitors will gain insight into how olive oil was traditionally stored compared to contemporary methods. We also cover the various categories of olive oil and what distinguishes each type.
